It is produced only in the best years. Refosco nostrano in purity, late harvest entirely by hand. The grapes are de-stemmed, followed by maceration with repeated pressing of 30 days with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, without adding selected yeasts. The maturation takes place in used and new tonneaux for 36 months. The color is intense ruby red, almost black with violet reflections, fruity aroma with hints of berries, chocolate, leather and spices; and full-bodied flavor, slightly tannic and acidic.
