Our Wine

When the vine is naturally healthy, every element is in its place. It just needs to be preserved, protected. No intervention must change this balance which is natural, not built. Ours is a wine made with passion, in search of quality. It reflects the territory and this unique climate made of sea and Bora. Savory, full and sincere wines. We work with a method between organic and biodynamic without synthetic products in the countryside and with minimal or no interventions in the cellar. We enrich the land to extract the best: 5 hectares of vineyards (many of which recovered from abandoned land), strongly favoring native varieties.

Our olive oil

Produced on an area that has been dedicated to olive cultivation for millennia, with influences from the sea and the wind that keep the trees healthy and vigorous. 3 extra virgin olive oils, mainly from native varieties. And the same philosophy, as for wine: the work is done in the countryside, in the olive grove, to give life to a genuine, pure product with great character.
