Limited edition, 500 bottles a year, entirely manual harvest. 2/3 Vitovska and 1/3 Malvasia for this sparkling wine obtained according to the ancestral method, with refermentation in the bottle by adding the grape must of the following harvest, without adding sugar and without final disgorgement (elimination of yeasts). A complex and structured wine, with savory and slightly bitter notes and good acidity.
