Pure Malvasia Istriana. The harvest is entirely manual. The grapes are delicately de-stemmed and left to macerate with the skins for two days, favoring spontaneous fermentation. The aging takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in wooden barrels, on its own yeasts until spring. The scent is elegant, fresh, floral and with a beautiful fragrance. With a very balanced mineral flavor and great vivacity.
