100% Moscato Giallo grapes. The grapes are left to dry on the vine with the cutting of the shoot. After 15 days they are harvested by hand, de-stemmed and left to macerate for 4 days without adding selected yeasts. The aging takes place in used barriques for 2 years. Delicate and refined bouquet, slightly floral and fruity, enveloping flavor. Spicy scents emerge, of aromatic herbs, with few residual sugars, sweet but balanced.
