Buga

It is a native Istrian cultivar: Buga, which in Slovenian means poor; as it produces little and also the yield in the mill is low, but of extreme quality and finesse. To the nose it offers elegant and light aromas of leaves and exotic fruit, with a note of artichoke, bitter almond and slight hints of pepper and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fluid and of adequate structure, while it offers a good aromatic correspondence and a sweet character immediately covered by a decisive and persistent bitterness with light spicy sensations. Elegant and pleasant development.
